Therapeutic Yoga & Meditation   

The ever popular evening yoga and meditation classes for stress relief and bad backs. Annie uses her therapist skills to break down traditional yoga into a mindful workable format for those that are highly stressed or nurturing an injury.

General Yoga 

General yoga classes are suitable for beginners onwards and are a blend of meditation, yoga postures and breath work. In all Radharani classes you will be encouraged to feel from the inside into a posture, finding alignment, poise and grace through understanding your body and it's individuality.

Pre-natal Yoga

A nurturing class to support your journey into motherhood.

Children's classes

We use an imaginitive blend of yoga postures, song, color, crystals and friendship to create a beautifully balanced children's class addressing the whole child.
