Yoga therapy provides the tools for you to take control of your health and wellbeing. Using the principles and practises of yoga, Annie works with you to develop a personal wellbeing program that addresses your major health concerns and the symtoms that accompany the condition. The focus is on the individual, rather than seeing a condition or disease.

Lifestyle counselling, self development, dietary advice, meditation, relaxation techniques, cleansing and breathing practises (pranayam) and physical postures (asanas) are tools Annie uses to provide you with an empowering method to improve your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Private Yoga Therapy Sessions

The initial yoga therapy consultaion is 1.5 hours, with 1 hour follow up appointments.  Your personal and practical program will be developed so that you can comply fully and get optimal results at home. If applicable, you will be given a written or recorded program to help you. You will be able to have email contact with Annie between appointments if any difficulties or changes need to be discussed.
